The Christmas celebrations of the year 2014 was a grand affair – perhaps the grandest in the decade since the Church was founded on the rooftop of one of the founding members. Play: Jesus’ birth in 2014 in bethlehem, tamil nadu, india
The play follows the classic nativity story-line with a twist: what if the Lord Jesus Christ had been born in 2014, and what if Bethlehem had been in Tamil Nadu, India? The play follows along today’s world but sticks to the original plot-lines with minor changes relevant to the current era. It was meant to bring the meaning of Jesus’ birth to not just today’s generations, but to young and old alike.
